screen never turns off in planestate

I have the screen set to turn off after 25 mins but it never does with planestate running. It does with other screen savers. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello and thanks for you question.

No sadly there isn't since if I remember correctly so do the Planestate screensaver block the monitors powersaving feature.

This wont be fixed since I'm working on the Plane9 screensaver and it surpasses the Planestate screensaver in every way so all my free time goes down into that project. It is already fully aware of when the monitor goes into standby and doesn't just allow it. Instead the Plane9 screensaver even auto quits so it doesn't burn any cpu and gpu time needlessly.

So for the moment I have to suggest that you choose another screensaver until Plane9 is out.
