This was exactly what I was looking for, thank you! It is working fine for me using the latest Homeseer version (Standard Edition 2.3.0.19) running as a service, and a TSU9400 using the latest firmware (6.0.21).
Two way communication would be a nice enhancement in the future. But I am very happy already!
